Alternatively following an Initial Consultation or completing one of our programs you may wish to fly solo and apply the plan strategies provided to you independently or you may find you would like further continuous support and coaching in achieving and maintaining your specific goals.
We offer additional ad-hoc services where you feel you do not require continual support with a health and wellness plan.
